SAC. SHE MARRIED MICHAEL BALOG IN 1960 AND SETTLED IN WEST COVINA.

THE COUPLE HAD THEIR ONLY CHILD, TIMOTHY MICHAEL, IN 1962.

BETTY HAD AN ACCOUNTING CAREER WITH AN ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN ANAHEIM, WHERE SHE CONTINUED TO WORK UP UNTIL HER RETIREMENT IN 2004.

HER FAITH WAS PARAMOUNT AND SHE MADE SURE HER SON AND HUSBAND WERE EXPOSED TO THE GOSPEL.

BETTY CONTINUED AS A LONG TIME RESIDENT OF WEST COVINA UNTIL HER GRADUATION TO BE WITH THE LORD ON NOVEMBER 14TH OF THIS YEAR.

HER SON AND DAUGHTER IN LAW CONTINUE TO MAKE WEST COVINA THEIR HOMETOWN.

BETTY IS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER HUSBAND, MICHAEL, AND BOTH BROTHERS, GROVER AND GUY AND SISTER BARBARA.

SHE IS SURVIVED BY HER SISTERS, EMMA AND LAVERNE.

SON TIM AND DAUGHTER IN LAW MELISSA.

GRANDSONS JACOB AND HIS WIFE CASEY, JOSH, JOSHUA AND HIS WIFE KELSEY.

IN OCTOBER, I REQUESTED A PUBLIC DOCUMENT THAT OUR COUNCIL MEMBERS STATED THAT WE HAD 3539 NEW BUSINESSES IN 2022, THE CITY REPLIED, SAYING THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE DOCUMENTS ON FILE ON FILE. HAVING WORKED IN DIFFERENT OFFICES FOR 45 YEARS.

DON'T ALL NEW BUSINESSES HAVE TO HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE FROM THE CITY? BUT TO BE HONEST WITH YOU, I THINK THE NUMBER THAT WAS GIVEN IS JUST TO MAKE SOMEBODY LOOK GOOD.

NOW, LOOKING BACK AT THE ELECTION WITH THE RESULTS IN DISTRICT FIVE, 55% OF THOSE WHO VOTED DID NOT APPROVE. COUNCIL.

WE DEALT WITH THE REMOVAL OF SIGNS PLACED ON CITY PROPERTY OR IN PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAYS ATTACHED TO UTILITY POLES, AND WE ALSO STORED SIGNS FOR THE CANDIDATES, RETURN THEM TO THE CANDIDATES AT THE END OF THE ELECTION PERIOD.

BUT THAT WAS A BUSY TIME.

WE REMOVED WELL OVER 400 SIGNS TOTAL BETWEEN THE MUNICIPAL, STATE AND OTHER ELECTIONS THAT WERE GOING ON AT THE SAME TIME. PARKING ENFORCEMENT.
