WE HAVE SIGNED A LONG-TERM LEASE WITH THIS TENANT. THE REMAINING PIECES OF THE CENTER THEN CAME INTO INTO PLACE A 7,600 SQUARE FOOT SHOP BUILDING, WHICH WILL BE DIVIDED AMONGST FIVE SMALLER TENANTS AND LEASED OUT INDIVIDUALLY TO THEM AND IN A PAD SPACE FOR A 4,500 SQUARE FOOT RESTROOM RESTAURANT WITH A DRIVE-THROUGH, UH, PRIOR TO THE SHUTDOWN IN MARCH, WE HAD AN AGREEMENT WITH A TENANT FOR THE RESTAURANT SPACE, BUT THINGS CAME TO A HALT AND THAT TENANT HAS RECENTLY RESURFACED AND HAS EXPRESSED INTEREST. UH, AGAIN, UH, HOPEFULLY WE CAN MOVE FORWARD WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY WOULD BE A PERFECT FIT FOR THIS. AND THE PROPERTY BEGINS TO DETERIORATE BECAUSE NOBODY'S REALLY KEEPING AN EYE ON IT. SEE THE MACINTYRE PROPERTIES ARE WELL-MANAGED WELL-MAINTAINED AND ARE BUILT TO LAST AND BUILT TO ENDURE.
